got a leather seat ECU and wire loom for sale. includes the under seat ECU cover

has the grey ECU from a D8.

this wire kit includes the heated seat function. complete with the 2 switches that go into the centre console. - the pen holder.

everything you need in 1 package.

all you need to do is run 2 maybe 3 cables from the battery with inline fuses. its that easy.

ok this is my new seat ECU (the 2nd one) fully working order. pins are all fine on the ECU plug. non corroded.

this also has the heated seat switches all ready to go

i will also put connector block on the cables and label them so its as easy as 1 2 3. (see pic 3)

you just need to run live fused feed from the battery and earth all the green cables

junction 27 is best for me mate. we can meet on the roundabout on the top of junction 27.

i will give you both ECUs as well mate. because it was only the wiring at fault from my 1st ECU.

but i wont mix them up. i will keep the 1st ECU i got with faulty wires seperate from the 2nd ECU..

just got message back from plod mate and yes he still wants it

search ebay mate. you can pick one up for £40.

but you can also do what i did. find a GTX 406 with cloth leather seats. take the switch from drivers seat and wiring .
its then just a case of a pos and neg to battery. no ecu involved.

Could be fine for me. Just let me ask some questions before. (I have a 2001 D9)

-I already have all the wiring in place for heated seats, so I guess I need only the switches you provide, right? Fuses are in place?
-The ECU is for memory electric seats, isn't it? My seats already are electric, with no memory. Would the memoty thing be a simple direct fit? I have knowdlege in electronics but not too much time to spend on it.
-Where does the airbag off switch go with that set of switches? (I guess I could use the 2-square coin holder from my actual car, the one with diagonal slots, instead of yours that takes 3 squares)
