pipercross venom vm700 induction kit got lifetime guarantee to never need to be changed can be serviced and cleaned, comes with ram feed setup to underneath the car, this flows much better and gets more throttle response, have had a massive saving on fuel getting over 32mpg whats better than the gti-6.

new clutch 200 miles ago
new timing belt with rollers and tensioners.
new drive belt with tensioner and roller.
new map sensor
new engine mounts
2 new steering gaitors
clutch system fluid changed
new top end gaskets and seals inlet gasket
new exhaust downpipe gasket

the full service came to over £1000 i have the recipt for all this work. only went in for clutch but thought id have everything sorted while the engine was out.

recent brake fluid service
standard brembro calipers and recent new discs and pads

smooth gearbox and engine never gets hot car runs perfectly without fault engine has 137,000 miles but doesnt miss a beat these engine are strong and run on for ever if well maintained, comes with some service history.

drivers door card needs 2 new panel lugs as it keeps pulling away from door.

£1800 for a V6 Coupe isn't that mad, especially since it's got a brand new clutch in it, new brake discs and pads, the cambelt has just been changed, and it has an exhaust that won't rust.

I paid nearly £1000 more for my 2.2, and mine had none of these things!

well i've been looking at coupes last few weeks. can get a mint v6 with 100k on clock for £1000 .

£1000 for a proper minter is a bargain - but for that £1000 I'd want to see a full service history showing that the cambelt, tensioners, water pump, and aux belt having been changed once (or more).

I chanced it with my own Coupe because the sellers were honest enough to say they hadn't changed the belt yet - plus, they had genuine receipts for a whole stack of work that had been done to the car over the years, including the cost for a new bumper, radiator, cooling pipes (etc) because they'd hit a badger with it...

The issue is knowing - if the previous owner can't even tell you if the cambelt has been changed, then you can't trust the belt to last very long, and changing it becomes a matter of urgency. If you don't want to budget for a cambelt change, then walk away from the deal.

Honestly, £1,800 is a very good price in my opinion. Hopefully you'll get a sale!
