Full stainless exhaust with sports cat

Awesome sound
Awesome power curve provided by letting the gases flow freely out

Cost me £710 new, and that was less than 2 years ago...
£350 for the cat alone

I want £400 for the whole thing...
Collection in person due to the size...
If you wish to make a sensible offer around that mark then feel free, but if I feel it is too low then please don't be offended if I reject the offer...

Pics can be supplied of the making and fitting and obviously of it now on the car if wanted...

what's the engine code/size for this one?

I happen to know after a long ordeal with Graeme that the 1.8 16v, 2.0 8v and 2.2 are completely different!

The one is off a D8 v6 Coupé. Not sure if the channeling is different on the coupé, saloon and estate but should imagine them to be the same??

Or is that what you're saying is different?? Surely it would make sense that the manifold's are different but where the cat joins in and there back should be the same?? Not thought about that though...

I know that Plod is using a PowerFlow exhaust that came off a V6 Coupe. He drives an early HDi saloon.

That's a good help...
So the channels should be the same on all then...??

The exhaust is suble sounding at low revs, nice purr to it in my opinion... and opens up at higher revs, means that sitting on motorway journey's is nice and dealable!!
Mind you, I did have the BMC CDA added to my induction which obviously adds a little grunt to the volume.....

It's a pity that the estate has the longer rear overhang, otherwise that info about Plod's exhaust would have me making an offer on this one.

I seem to remember the measurements and channelling on that 1.8 16v exhaust being quite different to mine (2.0 8v) and there was quite a large difference in diameter too. would you be able to provide any measurements? if it looks like it's going to line up I will begin the offering process

The exhaust is a custom built piece by a fella who happens to use PowerFlow to supply his bits... So the diameter is a bit non-matter??
What do you want me to measure up?? I can send you pics taken from underneath just after it was built if you wish to PM me ur email address??

I posted up the measurements for all 3 a while ago & there is quite a difference in the estate length. Is handy to know that a V6 exhaust can be used for an HDi. May spot an estate one for sale one day.

Learn something new every day!! Enough torque to pull a house, and enough room inside to fit it in :) lol
