2.0 turbo gearbox

Post by TRAVIS BICKLE »

I can't use it in project vtr, good condition, no whines or other noises. These boxes were also used in the 2.1td and the v6 good strong boxes these. Speedo sensor not included, but will throw in the complete hydraulic system (sealed master and slave cylinder)

I just thought I'd point out

As fitted to the afore mentioned cars, the whole thing is one complete, not-possible-to-take-apart piece and no longer supplied by Pug.

You sure you wanna part with it Trav?

You're advertising it wrong! It should be D8 clutch hydraulics £50 with free gearbox!
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

These are true and valid points lol! These gearboxes don't tend to give much trouble so nobody ever needs one. I might be looking for another D8 at some point so might keep the rest of the bits I have left as spares.

I was thinking this might sell better as an auto to manual conversion on the coupe forums?

As I have,
Gearbox
Clutch
clutch hydaulics
Flywheel.
Gear change cables
Flywheel
Pedal assembly.

Or, I might just keep it all and look for a D8 coupe V6 with a knackered auto box?
