mate how do you get another fob synced to ur car? ive got a spsre fob from another 406 but been told its no good,as peugeot need to do it wi their computer etc

I have my own PP2000 and interface so I programme the keys with this, otherwise it's a trip to the Pug dealer.
There are ways of re-syncing the keys so they operate the remote locking but I'd guess you need to programme the transponder key first if it is from another car.
Whilst I programme my keys it will only allow one remote key for some reason......
Where are you as if you are in my area I will reprogramme the key FOC for you?
