306 wanted

sometime around the 26th october my son will be looking for a 306 petrol to buy for my daughter(long story but she got a 106 he wants and she wants a 306)
preferably a 1.4 petrol with t &t.
He only wants to pay a max of £400 as thats all the 106 is worth oh and as near to north-east as possible.
Any help pointers would be great

sorry carnt help with a 306

but iknow where theres a citreon saxo 1.4 plenty of tax and test

just out of interest lozz - where and how much. what model is it?
Past car - D9 2.2 SRi estate, sleeper, family wagon & general hauler!
Current car - Ph3 1.8 306

yup true ,
they are simalar to the 106.

iwas just mentioning it as it was a bit of a bargain it went through the car auctions in the end
sold for a measly £175 for a y reg someone got it for peanuts :(

that was a bargain, daughter wants something bigger than her 106 as shes got 2 kids and its a bit small for them, son just wants a litte cheap runaround for the winter so he can park his motorbike up.
Am i right in thinking the saxo and 106 share the same floorpan etc ? ? ?

yup ithink the 106 and the saxo is same floor plan,

ive had a nosey at 306s it seems the prices of them are going thru the roof it wouid be hard to find a decent one for £400 for a 1.4 one. must be the cheap tax making them worth more perhaps,

plenty of diesel ones floating about cheap.

the next best thing to the 306 is the citreon xsara if your looking for something as good as the 306
