Oil and all filter changed annually (about 6 months ago)
Drop links done at the same time as oil.
Glow plugs last winter
Dodgy speedo fixed
Discs/pads/shoes changed around January time I think, I just rememebr it was too bloody cold to be messing about on the drive!
Pretty clean engine bay, doesn't use any oil or coolant and gives me around 37 mpg round town (summer) (35 winter)
I think there's about 6 months mot but I'll have to check, flew through last one with no advisories, unfortunately not much tax tho.
I'm keeping the coupe alloys so its going back on the steels I got it on, being honest I know they have tread but haven't inspected them for age related damage.
Bad stuff;
It needs a cam belt, only has 27,000 miles on it but from what I can piece together its overdue on age.
Previous owner had a minor shunt which damaged the bumper and very slightly kinked the wings above the arches, I never got round to filling and spraying the bumper and the paint is now bubbling on the wings. The plus side is it had a new radiator after the shunt and all is good coolant wise. I've only ever had the fans on sitting in traffic after a good blast. The plan was to find a breaker the same colour and swap the wings and bumper but never did'
Usually squeaks and rattles for a car thats now old enough to drive itself but engine is excellent, hard to believe it only has 90BHP, great cheap run around.
Anyone interested give me a shout, will probably advertise elsewhere next weekend.
