My 406 2.2 Exec for sale

Post by Peter86 »

I am selling my beloved 406 as I have been offered an upgrade I cannot refuse.

2001 406 HDI 2.2 Executive.
180,000
6 Months MOT
Full executive trim (Black leather)
Cruise control
Tow Bar
De-fapped (and ecu adjusted so no fault code)

Work done in last 12 months (approx)

- 2x new rear Callipers
- New alternator/belt/tensioners
- New exhaust
- Timing belt+tensioners + water pump was done @ approx. 140,000 (ill check in the book later) - I also did the belt at 80,000

Minor Defects

- Handbrake needs adjusting
- One of the rear tyres is almost at the end of its life
- Slight leak in passenger side in heavy rain
- Petrol flap in car release doesn't work (you just have to manually do it)

I am currently using this car as my daily commute, it drives like a dream - starts first turn of key day in day out. I will be very sad to see this go, I have had it a long time and my uncle was the previous owner (I am buying his 407)The bodywork is as good as it will ever be on a car this age/mileage, The servicing has been flawless since new, and it has spent its life garaged.

£1000

CF32 area

Its a cracking car Peter, I would have this in a heartbeat if I didn't already have a decent( ish ) 406.

Try Gumtree, Facebook too, as they won't sting you for selling a car like eBay does...
