Re: D9 intercooler
try ebay or your local breakers because a genuine one is around
£200 and non genuine £130 and then the cost of pipework.

Re: D9 intercooler
Unfortunately just adding the intercooler will do nothing without remapping the fueling (or fufeling as rappy would say) in fact you will most likely create lag in the system.
The 110 model has a different turbo, an intercooler is fitted, and the fuelling is completely different. On Diesels it's the amount of fuel that alters the performance since there is no throttle butterfly the volume of air intake is pretty much the same throughout the revs. Sure the turbo rams in some more air, and sure the intercooler on the 110 keeps a lid on intake temps BUT the ECU works with all this to inject more Diesel as the boost increases. By adding an intercooler to a 90 model you will at best cool the intake slightly and at worst (most likely) introduce lag/losses in the absense of more fuelling.
TBH Diesels quite like warm incoming air because the fuel burns slowy throughout the whole downstroke (rather than the sharp bang of a petrol) and if the incomig air is too cold is actually quenches the burn or rather it frustrates maximum burn. Apparently according to the big lorry brigade 15deg C is the coveted intake temp enjoyed by most TD's.
You best bet IMO is to remap your standard car to 120BHP and leave everything else as it is.

Re: D9 intercooler
Well it should be ok but I wouldn't expect many gains, more it will should help prevent power loss on hot days perhaps.
Diesels run with excess air in the fuel/air mix for combustion so the amount of Oxygen needed is not a huge priority to begin with. The only way to increase power is to increase the amount of fuel being burnt - this will lead to higher exhaust temps so the intercooler will help cool the finished cycle and maintain even performance etc.
The proper way to get good results would be to fit the intercooler and have a live remapping session on the rollers where exhaust temps and smoke levels can be measured and tweaked to give a happy result overall. I'm affraid you're only "playing" really by adding an off the shelf chip and intercooler and may not end up with the best result for you and the engine
There was a guy on here ages ago who did the exact same thing as you and reported little change after fitting the IC.
See what some of the "chippers" on here say too (maybe alter the title to read "intercooler + chip" for more attention).
