For Sale 406 Coupe HDi, SE, Hyperion Blue

Post by neildavies »

I'm crapping myself writing this, but I fear my beloved coupe may be leaving us for a car with back doors. Whilst we're managing fine with the baby at the moment, if I'm going to bite the bullet, then it should be sooner rather than later. Also, with my wife being on maternity leave, I've got another car I can use until a suitable replacement comes along. And I'd rather have brass in pocket than part ex. It's too good to part ex!

Here's the details:
2002 52 plate
Hyperion Blue
100k
Tax till end of October
MoT till May (if the buyer wants to pay for the test I'll gladly put a fresh one on it)
Full Service History (last service a month ago)
Immaculate condition in and out
Timing belt changed at 92k
Seat element changed (common fault, so no need to worry about it now)
FAP Filter recently cleaned

Heated electric black leather memory seats, sat nav, alarm, 6 disc changer, JBL amplified sound system, electric folding mirrors, automatic light, automatic wipers, cruise control, climate control, mirror lights on sun visors, and all the usual SE luxuries.

The car hasn't been modified in any way and is exactly as it came from the factory.

It's up for £2995

Contact me for any enquiries
These photos are a year or so old, but the car is in the same condition

This is a lovely car - I have seen it first hand and it is immaculate. Unfortunately, with the miles I do (about 30k a year), a high miler is not feasable for me.

But good luck with it, I am sure you won't have a problem shifting it.

You're calling 100k a "high miler"?!?! You've been away from Pugs for too long mate :cheesy:
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

I'll be hanging around on the site definitely.

And as I've said in another post, I think I'd be much happier if neither car sells.

But at least I can say I've tried.
