406 rapier 90

Post by andrew1608 »

I have a rapier x reg with 63k on the clock, with a full service hisory and all receipts, it runs well it's fitted with a towbar the bodywork is in reasonable condition, everything works the only fault is the speedo sometimes dies but comes back to life after a few minutes, i have fiited door card lights but these have not been activated. It is on a sorn at present as i took it off the road last month but i start it once a week. It is fitted with a tuning chip which takes it to around 115bph. i have also fitted the foil parking sensors. It's mot is due in the summer, anyone interested

With 115 "bph" on tap it should be a good buy.

i have just checkec the book price and i would be looking for somewhere in the region of £1900 as i have mentioned i have a wallet full of receipt from it's previous owner, i was planning it use it ,i even paid for a chip for it for the excellent fuel economy but the car i am trying to sell to be able to use this is not selling. But it's a shame for this car to be sitting doing nothing especially with it's low milegage for age. I had such big plans for this car but at preesent i can do nothing.

They're about on par with those stupid electric superchargers in my mind. No substitute for a good remap from someone that knows what they're doing :)
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang
