well some goodish news
fuel pump wasnt seized, was a bloody blocked fuel filter, i put a bit of fuel hose in its place and used a a hand pump to pump fuel to pump and bridged it with a battery and hey presto
, i changed it less than a year ago so i maybe getting another one under warranty
