South Wales Meet ?

Hi Guys - after the last responce I was thinking of trying to arange something - I'm looking for the best time for Most - I'm Guessing a Saturday or Sunday and thinking of Meeting at the Vale Hotel - Hensol - off Jcn 34 M4 - I was thinking of here as first I used to work there so know the layout of the Place and they have a big carpark where we would probably find a large enough area to line up the cars and would be a good meeting place - also it is close to the motorway with easy directions for those not familiar with the area - check out http://www.vale-hotel.com
and if anyone wanted to drive to somewhere different from there it seems fairly close to all the main routes . and they have a casual Bar there for refreshments. or cheaper there is a local Pub close by.
Any thoughts would be good

There is a local pub just around the corner - and depending on numbers could probably reserve a big table as this used to be my local (at lunchtime on friday )Thought we could all meet there as the carpark is big and would give a good backdrop if people wanted to take photos and then if people want to move to the local pub we can -
