Why doesnt my dump valve "chirp"?

it just hisses, is it because the sri's dont have high boost as other turbod cars? ive got a dv24

You could always make a "FSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHT" noise when you change gear

Atmospheric dump valves just PTSCHHHHHHHHHH (dump the excess air to atmosphere), a recirculating DV doesn't though (it dumps it back into the inlet)

I was gonna say that... They are supras as opposed to a peugeot and they run silly boost

well that was just an example for the sound, think i heared a starlet glanza chirping aswell, but then the sris arent really proper turbos with alot of boost as opposed to most other turbos. does anyone know roughly what bhp increase you get on sris when upping boost to 12psi? i cant seem to find any info on that on here, saw someone was running 184bhp.
