I have a V reg 406 hdi 110 with 176,000 on the clock but well maintained.
Whilst driving there is a random slight power loss and the speedometer drops to 0.
The car still runs.
After a few minutes/miles there is a surge in power and the speedometer goes back to the speed of the car.
This only happens occasionally.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
