Glow Plugs / Anti Freeze

Right........Whats the best Glow plugs ?

What type Anti-Freeze do I need for a drain and refill ?
Mixed 50/50 with De-ionized water right.

I've heard Bosch or NGK are the best, fit these & only do it once.....

Not sure on the coolant, (somebody sensible will be along soon). :oops:
