I don't like big-enders but I did see a pic of that 406 in a TV listings magazine

I like Emmerdale myself for the reasons given below

There was a Sherwood Green D8 which they put a car bomb in on The Bill a few years back.

Bit sad, I know. :cheesy:

The 406 estate was owned by Lucas, but he was a bad egg.

Best use of a 406 (other than Ronin) = the Luc Besson Taxi movies.

haha, that is an excellent movie. This is however the best use of a 406 in the movies:

Yes the Luc Besson Taxi movies.

Shame he moved to the 407 for Taxi 4.

Never watched Taxi 4, the fact that he'd drive a 407 just seemed a little far fetched to me....

I still want one of those pop-out sick bags (5:00 in the clip) for passengers

Ronin's better though
<steve_earwig> I think this forum is more about keeping our cars going with minimal outlay than giving our cars more reason to go bang

ronin is a great movie for car chases, but the engine noises are clearly dubbed, there is no way that the noise coming from the citroen xm was an xm even the v6 doesnt sound like that in ronin it sounds more like a v8, but even so the s8 vs xm chase is fantastic

Always loved this bit on the taxi films

CO-Pilot - hurry up
Jean Louis schlesser - who's behind me? Vatenan?
Co-Pilot - No, it's a taxi!

Got Taxi 1, 2 and 3, but Taxi 4 seems to cost too much to acquire and is supposedly far inferior
1999 D8.5 HDi GLX - Sold :(

2007 Mondingo Zetec - I seek forgiveness :( Bring back my 406
