whats a distribution box look like one would be handy to have, i plan sometime to put a power inverter into the car to charge the laptop so a good tappable power supply from the front to the boot of the car is what i need for all these electrical appliances

He powered them directly off the BSI, which unsurprisingly started misbehaving
Bejesus, let it be said that no man is to touch a Peugeot BSi unit. He must not touch it, he must not go near it and he must not even speak of such a device for it will punish him...........Welly; chapter 6 verse 4

All praise our Great Welly for he hath given unto us many a happy hour of mocking upon his omnipotent Vulva.

Recently i started getting a permanent positive from under the fuse box in a few cars, it takes a bit of time to get the fuse box out but does leave the wiring much tidier.
I plan running my heavy amplifier cable under the car to a junction box in the boot. As it already has a 60-amp fuse fitted inline. This does mean though that I will have to ditch the current push-down-and-twist type battery connector that I already have. The cable was fitted to my 306, and me. not forward-thinking, cut it too short to run through the interior following contours. I was thinking of also running the RCA cables and amp remote the same way through a length of hose for protection, maybe using the gear lever hole as an exit point. Anyway, that is the current plan until a better thought comes along.
