My first service, and cambelt change questions.

Hi all, this is only my second post, please excuse my ignorance, and thanks in advance for any advice.
My newly aquired car is a 1999 HDI 110 Excecutive Estate with 150,000 miles. Service history up to 2008 (105,000 miles)
I'm planning a full service and cambelt change as I don't know when either was last done.
I've had a wee read on the forum and it seems that the water pump is often changed with the cambelt and tensioner, anything else you would recommend should be changed at the same time?
Where would you recommend to scource them?
I intend oil and filter change but have not yet received the CD workshop manual I bought from ebay, so could you tell me how much oil I need? will one 5l container be enough?
I'm planning on fully synth diesel oil, anybody aware of any good deals on engine oil right now?
I've seen this on fleabay, item No 220693223008, £22 delivered for 5L of fully synth. any thoughts please?, is it OK? or cheap sh*t to be avoided?
Just had a thought, I don't even know if this a turbo engined car or not
I like to change ALL the fluids on a vehicle when I get it so I'll also change the coolant, and pump through the old brake & clutch fluids and replace with new, as well as the power steering oil.
Anything else you would advise I change/service/check on this car?

Sorry dude, I live in a different country so I can't really advise where to get stuff from. I'm using Total Quartz 7000 after it was recommended by someone on here, seems cheap enough though. You need something like 4.5 litres.

Umm sounds like a plan. Don't drain the brake fluid out, if you get airlocks into the ABS it can lead to problems, so you'll have to bleed it normally (I can heartily recommend an Eezibleed). Don't forget to lubricate the locks - they can seize up if not used & can be a real pain if your battery goes flat.

I wouldn't do that, not unless you know the car has ALWAYS been run on fully synthetic. It has been known for fully synthetic to go around the system 'cleaning up' or otherwise shifting bits of oil residue around which would have happily stayed put beforehand.

I can thoroughly recommend Silkolene/Fuchs XTR 10w/40 semi-syn. I've used it for years on all kinds of cars and it's a fantastic quality oil, you can get it on-line at places like this for £20.00 ish.......http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-990-fuchs-t ... e-oil.aspx

i had my cambelt done other month on my 1.9td,

get your aux belt done at same time,

i didnt have water pump changed (if it aint broke dont fix it i was told)

Just a note to folks with the FAP system.....you should all be using a low ash oil, one that is produced to work with the FAP system....also known as DPF oil (5w30 fully synthetic.) such as this....http://www.commaoil.com/productsguide/view/6/168
