is there any complications fittin a clutch cable ?
or is it simple ?

well from posting this message i thought sod it ramps are coming out ,
wot a peice of cake dont know why i was worried about a clutch cable, little help from a friend feeding it through
jobs a good un, i cant beleive the difference its made to the clutch, its like a new clutch again biting lower and very light at the top.

Great! Thanks for sharing. How old/good is the clutch and the pressure plate? Had you replaced them both you'll feel like driving a new car! Having said that, if your pressure plate is so old and tensioners are stiffen up, chances are high that your new cable will become bit hard within a short period of time. There's this gel kind of material between the cable and housing which makes the operation smooth. However, if operates under heavy load, this material worn out fairly quickly. This was based on my experience and I don't know there something to do with the quality of the spare parts found here.

only replaced cable clutch was replaced 5 months ago

Glad you managed ok and I agree it is very straight forward, only problem I had was hacking off a couple of fingers and filing down my elbow so that I could get my hand behind the pedal to hook the new cable on.
