There's a few possibilities here; MAP sensor, turbo seized, turbo actuator arm, collapsed cat...
Mine is doing the same intermittently accompanied by the engine management light so I'm hoping it's the actuator arm or MAP sensor :supafrisk:

hi,today ive done away with the boost control valve and put in its place a forge bleed valve and a boost gauge to keep an eye on it,but with the bleed valve on the min ajustment it still boost to 1.1bar,good fun but ive been told it will just blow the engine at that bar,so i dont know if the pipie are the wrong way round as it has never had boost untill now,but my problem is i cant turn it down as its on the min,can you tell me where the 3 pipes go on the valve and where to on yours .

thanks craig
