the fecking light has came back, can i pull out a wire somewhere?

check the wires on the sensors they might have moisture in the conectors :arrowu:

could one perhaps use a pair of pliers to solve this problem?

Yup you couid just snip the wires but sometimes on certain cars you have to "Bridge the conection too, Im unsure if this is nessary on pugs tho tbh,
But when ichanged the Front pads on mine iforgot too connect the sensor on the nsf pads and it didnt throw up the Low-pad warning,

it may be just worth a Try disconecting one side at a time and see if the light goes out,

I just snipped the wires down at the caliper and left the male part of the plugs in the connector to keep the rubbish out,no more lights on the dash,the near side is still conected.
