So they would normally sweep the 95% of the area of the disc?

they dont smell that nice but who knows, in a few weeks gordon ramsay will be chopping up some brake pads for the new brake pad and steak supper.

Did your pads have a Veggie symbol on the side? - fraid I threw my, er... recycled my packaging promptly. :?

I sold my 406 to my brother today and upto the point of it going back down to Newmarket it had done 36k on the brakes I bought it over 4 years ago on (original discs AND pads front and rear).God knows when they were put on as I didnt get any reciepts with it just service book with stamps.
Just passed its mot and stopped fine.I think my technique of looking where Im going helped with that.
