Did you check the strainer in the tank?

It's dead easy, just lift the back seat, driver's side & there it is. It's do-able in half an hour or so.

Re: Need codes read - 2.1TD power loss
I found a local garage who were happy to read the codes for free (up yours Peugeot!).
They cleared the codes, then checked again following day and only fault present was:
'brake & accelerator pedal inconsistant' (or words to that effect)
It has led us to the conclusion that the brake pedal switch may be faulty, fooling the ECU into thinking that they're both pressed simultaneously (I managed to replicate the fault by revving in neutral and pressing the brake). So for the sake of £7 I've bought a switch and will fit it as a trial. Trouble is it sounds very awkward to get at! Any tips (or should I give up now take it back to the friendly garage).
BTW the friendly garage are Liphook Motors in Aldershot, recommended by H&H nearby.
