found this while my bumper has been off. under drivers side rear cluster
is it for towbar electrics ?

i used to work for pug and you could get them as an extra, meybe its had a bumper fitted at some point

tow bar harness is on the left inside the boot if i remmember right.

I reckon tow bar as well, the pics in Service Box for towbar wiring are all generic and tiny but it looks like it has a proper connector on the end, rather than just wires or a bunch of scotchlocks.

the plug looks like its only got 4 pins at the most, so cant be for tow bar electrics as that needs at least 6

non on other side ... the other side gromit has 2 wires going through it for the number plate lights
