What a bunch of tossers

I think anything we try to do to them in a revenge kind of way won't stay up for long and we'd soon run out of email addresses :frown:

Detailing World?
Yeh there was more to that story.
There was a guy called cullers selling Detailing World Lanyards. Anyway I ordered two (Only £7.50 but thats quite abit of money to me).
All together the guy took about £305ish.
Anyway he dissapeered off the face of the earth all together. They managed to get in contact with him and the excause he used was "He's moving house and dosen't have internet". I'm sorry but you must be on mars if you dont have internet access these days!
Anyway That was Juneish last year, they were supposed to be delivered last May!
I wouldn't keep my trap shut about it cause the mods were trying to brush it under the mat as if it never happened? :x
Thing is Cullers was well known and used to be mates with one of the mods. So were trying to protect him.
I kept making posts asking why is it being brushed under the mat. Why is nothing beening done about it etc etc.

So it was any excuse to ban me.
C*nts !

a admin on a forum shouid back up its members not ban them for asking why nothing is been done about it, :?

I'd bene on there for years to be honest. Never had an issue until that guy run away with the money.
But the mods were too focused on protecting him and found it easier just to get rid of me. I posted the following on the 14th Sept last year and got banned for it...

It's been 2 weeks since the Mods closed the lanyards thread and a Month since cullers said he would be back. What happening with our lanyards? it's all looking a little suspect to me.

The list contained 59 people.
Out of 59 people 7 people have not confirmed payment. 1 is pending payment.
23 people ordered 1 lanyard.
23 x £4 = £92

28 people ordered 2 lanyards.
28 x £7.50 = £210

Total money recived £302

Check...

23 + 28 = 51 people.
Plus 7 non confirmed people and 1 pending payment = 59 people.

All payments should have been recived by him 22nd May 2010.

Stated Delivery Time
Cullers said deliver time will be 4 weeks.
4 weeks from the 22nd May 2010 is the 19th June 2010!

On the 17th May 2010...
Waiting for them to send me a proof of the artwork
On the 20th May 2010...
Just an update as of today. The manufacturers have asked me for a better image/logo for the lanyards so am just waiting to be supplied with them by the DW team so we're on top of it. Once I get that then they will knock up a sample/proof and we're all go.
On the 22nd May 2010...
Update - still waiting for graphics to arrive.
On the 27th May 2010...
Yepp got the graphics from DW and they are now putting together a proof for me. Hopefully tomorrow. Because I've had to hunt around for the best price its not the fastest place but the quality is good.
On the 10th June 2010...
I'm in the process of moving house at the moment guys so am only on and off courtesy of the mobile broadband limited bandwidth. Should be between one and two weeks from now/Tuesday. Although I have to time delivery so that I am in my new home when they come.
Now here is the first time he mentiones he's moving house and internet is abit hit and miss which is fair enough.
This is also the last time we got a delivery date off him.
Between one to two weeks from the 10th June 2010 is 17th June 2010 to the 24th June 2010.
Nearly THREE months ago!

On the 28th June 2010...
Just chased them up. Last week was the supposed delivery date but apparently they were having trouble getting the right colour lanyards. I wanted a silver grey lanyard but they just got a light grey that looked mucky white so I told them it wasn't right. According to them it will take a week to get the material (from China) and a few days to embroider them. So we are looking at ten days from now! Last thing I need at present as I am in midst of moving and am only getting access on mobile broadband or via wifi in McDonalds *burp*!! Sorry about delay guys.
This is the last post we have off Cullers.
So nearly 3 monts ago also! Now since this post there has been many posts of people askign for updates and we have had none!.

There has been an attempt at getting hold of Mr Cullers and the Mods succeded...
http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/s ... p?t=180916
Now in Vipers post he clearly states thats Cullers said he would be back in a few days...

Now what do you consider to be a few days? 2 days? 5 days. This was on the 13th of August, just over a month ago and still no word off him?

Now Mr Cullers knew full well he was moving house and if you can't find internet these days then you must be on Mars.
I think it was irresponsible of Detailing World to close the lanyards thread down as I'm sure it's not just me who is abit peeved off at how long this is dragging out for. I don't want to turn this into a witch hunt but someone or something needs to be kicked up the arse.
It's been 3 months since these lanyards should have been recived and nobody seems to care?
I doubt very much that Cullers has run off with our money, but there is no excuse for no comming on here and giving us an update.
Allot of people have said "Oh it's only £4" "Don't worry it's only £7.50" but thats hardly the point? If you ordered a car that turned up 3 months late you all would be annoyed. And at the end of the day collectivley the money he's taken totals to just over £300, thats quite a lump of money.
If I ordered something off ebay that took 3 months to turn up I would have filed a police report or at least a paypal report by now. Why did he ask us all to pay as a gift? I wish I didn't now; Hmm.

Are the mods going to be getting hold of him again any time soon?
Has anyone had any contact off cullers recently?

I've approved this, although I'm not happy about doing so but I think it's probably better than just disapproving it out of hand.

Right, young Mr Bailey has given us no problem at all on here, ok he's a bit green but a long way from being our daftest member. And you supply us with 5 links to illustrate your "side" that he gets banned for a reason, although 3 of them seem to be the same thing about his dad burning off a BWM with a Ford - don't know, don't care, something about abusive text messages which I think I'd do too if I felt I'd been ripped off and something that runs into 17 pages that I can't be bothered to slog through to see if there's any point being made.

If you had a point to make then, sorry buddy, you failed.
