Ah, if only it were that easy :( The plan was to drive there, fit these seats, perhaps do a bit of visiting, shopping, relax a bit then drive home. It's a kind of dry run for when I bring a trailer full of stuff back (which everyone's now telling me to put on hold until Croatia joins the EU so I don't have to pay a bean). Anyway, my wife and my brother have different ideas and our entire stay is planned down to the hour, so if it takes me more that a day and a half to fit the seats, door trims etc. it'll throw their plans right out.

The other thing is, even now I have booked the fairies and hotels (how bluddy much?!!! ) it's all still provisional as my sis-in-law here was diagnosed with cancer at Christmas (gee, thanks Santa), she's had her op and is doing the chemo thing now, so things are looking ok, but my bro-in-law also has his dad to look after, who was knocked of his bicycle and landed on his head and is consequently now doolally, plus a business to run, so if anything goes iffy with her the whole things off.

Now you know why I was keeping it quiet.
