Drivers Switch Block

I broke this part today I went to take it out and the mirror knob come off I tried to glue it back on but the superglue jammed the mechanism and fecked up the mirror control. So I need a new unit has anyone got one with the folding function especially one that has a broken drivers window button the circuit board on mine is perfect. I just need the mirror controller
