Crickey!

A bit like owning an Evo with its 4,500 mile service intervals - would get a bit tedious :|
I usually service a car (oil and filters) every 6 months or so anyway, which would work out at about 4000 miles. Spark plugs on a petrol every 18 months or so.

On the topic of crap selling.
My friend owns a shitbox saxophone, the things rubbish, its been badly lowered the fronts higher than the back, it rattles, it smells of petrol, theres rust on the bonnet, its on its second engine this time a 206 engine. And unsuprisingly i was seeing it because i had the pp2000. It can tell you faults, well it told me quite a few. Oxygen Sensor, Temperature Sensor, Injectors Faulty, ignition system permanent fault.
I looked at the cars miles, 67k, obviously clocked, so i looked at the ecu history, obviously somethings been attached that clocked it, there was also previous mileages entered at 136k and 153k miles.
But he said to me its running well, and its quick, he was looking £1500 for it. So intrigued i jumped into the drivers seat, it was much slower than my hdi, felt a bit lumpy like when my suzukis distributor cap was broken, the handling was messed up. And the ride was terrible. Some people havent got a clue.

Sometimes when youve got a shite car you just get used to it and when you come to sell it
you sort of forget about how shite it drives,

to you it might be a peice of junk but he might of thought something of it ,
best to just agree with him tell him its an ace motor 8)

im sure an untouched saxo vts would be quite a hoot to drive like a 205 gti. Why do they see the need to lower a car which already has very good handling.
