Just looking on service box, and I see this car should have rear calipers : 4400 H8 and 4400 H9
This is the same part number as for my car
Although saying that, as far as I can tell, if the car has rear discs with ABS, the the rear calipers are the same throughout the lifetime of the 406

Not overly bothered as to condition as they will be sent for refurb
Or if anyone else has some, let me know

How much for them? I appreciate postage may be a good couple of quid

frank you was spot on . it was indeed the ECU causing the seat to not function properly.
today i wired seat direct to battery and it works fine.

apart from the slide switch works in reverse. will change wires round 2moro.

got a new fully working ECU being delivered 2moro which i will sell on

Steve may have exagerated why i want to keep them, i put the cupholder into one side, and the footwell switch on the other. If i want to revert back to standard i have these. Sorry. But they are not something that normally breaks a scrappy should have them or any ebay seller.
Dont go near a dealer just wait till one turns up.

Glad to hear the seats are working.
Tune in for a jucy how to on removing the back quarter window, without cutting the seals.

sorry plod i didnt notice that.
The rear calipers. Thats the bit on the back that pushes the pad in?
How do i get them off.
Postage was a tad over £10 for the seatbelts wheighing in at 5.4kg. So if you have a rough estimate on the calipers wheight ill know how much for the postage. And how much is the calipers worth, TALK TO ME. (terry tibbs)

are you sure,
the electric ones let you bar the kids from opening the back windows.
On the other hand some may think they are dangerous. My dad i remember thought that when he got the audi after the metro i was about 5 at the time electric windows in the back was the best feature id seen in a car. He soon started using the lock button.
