folding wing mirrors

just got a 1999 pug 406 executive which has folding wing mirrors, can any-one tell me how to work them. Is there a switch or something

switch for the folding mirrors is all on same switch as to move the direction of the mirror glass,

Turn it 180 degrees so it's pointing backwards.
