is there any difference in the internals if the 90 bhp injectors to the 110 because i had to fit a set of 90 injectors in my 110 when my injectors broke and it seems to be very sluggish ????

There a differnt length so ive been told dunno if thats true.
Id revert back to 110 ones if iwas you, tbh.

they are the same its the same cylinder head for the 90 bhp and the 110bhp

There are a lot more differemces than that. Had mine parked by a 90 the other day, and the longer we looked, the more different bits we saw. Not to mention the gear box and clutch..
Indeed, early and late model HDI 110 are different to. Another mate has a 03 HDI 110 and its quite a lot different to mine under the bonnet. It has some sort of liquid cooled manifold on the rear of the engine, different air con, different alternator, different injector pump. Thats just the bits we could see.

The engine is basically the same though if you exclude the electronics.

The block is the same, but lots of the add on stuff is different. I learnt this the hard way in scrap yards.
