Hello From Scotland

Post by Ryan »

Hey Everyone!

Just dropping in to say Hi to everyone, did not want to be ignorant and just post for help :cheesy:

Bought a 02 plate 406 Rapier HDI a couple of weeks ago from a local garage and loving it, once I sort out other peoples problems that I have taken on  Seriously though, really great to see the forum and club here...I was reading as a guest and was highly impressed with the friendliness and knowledge level of members. Great Stuff!!

Hope everyone had a great start to the year!!

:D

Hello also from Scotland (I'm in Aberdeen)!

The 406 is a lovely car, really comfortable, practical, and can be fun to drive. I had a 406 LX saloon before with a 1.8 litre engine (nice car but a bit lacking in power) but now I have a 406 SE Coupe with a 2.2 litre engine and it's a lot of fun to drive, turns a lot of heads too :)
2002 (D9) Peugeot 406 Coupe SE, 2.2 litre Petrol. Scarlet Red/Rouge Ecarlate/Rosso Scarlatto. Black Leather interior. SOLD :(
2008 (E60 LCI) BMW 525i M-Sport, 3.0 litre Petrol. Carbonschwarz Metallic. Black Dakota Leather and Myrtlewood interior.

Hey Highlander, I'm just down the road in Fife :cheesy:

The Coupe looks amazing!!! Now this would suit me perfectly, once the kids are up and gone!! Right now, the large boot area is a god-send due to the amount of trips I need to take to the skips (4 kids, loads of mess and rubbish lol) and shopping!

I have to say, thus far, even though I have the wee beginner problems, I love the car! Why I never bought one before is beyond me LOL

Thanks for the welcome too :)
