I'd be looking at the pedal linkages, if it's cable operated it could also be fouling on the outer casing.
I would think it would be a very high bite point if it's hydraulic with air in the system??

I was surprised to find just how much better they look on paper than the 110. The difference between the numbers "110" and "136" doesn't really give the right impression.

Current: 407 2.2 HDi 170 & C6 2.7 HDi.
Former: 406 1.9 TD; 406 HDi 90; 407 2.2 160; 307cc 180; 508 HDi 140.

My 136 is very quick, especially if you need to push it in 3rd or 4th.

If you want best economy keep your revs at or below 2,000 rpm.

The 407 never had a 7 seat option, but the 308 definitely did.

If you start to have fap issues angel tuning quoted me £310 to do the defap remap on the ecu of my 407 2.2 hdi. Will just have to get my friendly mechanic to smash the fap innards out!
