PP2000?

Talk about the 406's electrical system, what wires do what, how to add extra functionality, etc.

Safe to say Lee and Turner Peugeot have THE worst parts department in THE world!

The two guys behind the desk argued with me solid for 25 mins about retrofitting cruise control.

After I finally told them to just order me the f*cking stalk (I already had the part number) it seemed Peugeot had upped the price... from £12.90 to £45

Still cheaper than Ebay though

Worse case scenario is I'l be able to come back here with my results and let you all know.

It's a gamble I was willing to take.

If it works then great! All other Com2000 peugeots just need the stalk.

If the 406 is somewhat different then so be it :)

Also can you post what your seeing?

Mine defo has two switches and while the Germans are not always inspiring, they tend to be consistent.
Maybe Herr Siemens doesn't require an additional switch. (Lebenschalter)?

Soon find out. Guys on the Pug forums haven't had any need to add switched with the Com2000 cars so I'm just going to take a stab in the dark.

Either way getting a 207 GT HDi at the end of the year so the cruise will go in that weather it worsk in the 406 or not.

When I was looking about I saw stuff on the 306 (I think it was) forums where some had the switch, some had the wring, some didn't have anything and some didn't even have the hole in the bracket for the switch :frown: .
