Nah. itd take ages,

use abelt sander :roll:
belt sanders look very heavy, i used to borrow my uncles and it was a nightmare with the belt always working itself off.
Them rotary tools are a good job for sanding if a little small, is sanding disks any good?
Try it , will take ages with ordinary sanders,
Belt sanders is what iuse, i can sand afull wall down in acouple of minutes,
