They say Milk is far better than Power Drinks, especially after exercise. They did a study on a Rugby Team recently and the Milk came out tops (cheaper too).

I've done more exercise this weekend than i have in ages, saturday morningat 7am while my wife and eldest were flat out in the tent i took the dog and the youngest for a walk along the coastal path for a few miles and ended up going down 187 very steep steps down a cliff so had to eventually get back up the buggers (long story short i was looking for the beach in the wrong place)

So back to camp, bit of food then off in search of the beach again.. to find said beach also involved sh*t loads of steps (maybe more than the first 187) well worth it this time though as the views and the beach were lovely, through illness i've become pretty inactive over the last few years although i never seem to stop around the house...

I agree with having a mate to motivate each other, for example at 1pm my mate phoned. Fancy going out for a walk with your dog? aye go on then i'll meet you in 5 mins.

We ended up in the local pubs beer garden.

Picture this, mrs comes home from 1pm til 2pm i get a call around 1pm to go for said walk but im in the garden so she didn't hear it so i come in and say i'll walk up with you at 1.45pm when you go back the dog needs a walk as i couldnt take him shopping with me this morning it's to hot to leave him in the car for more than a few minutes.

She says ok no problem, enjoy your walk patch see you later my boy (and all the other fluffy stuff women do with dogs)

And Scott ... enjoy your pint with bomper up the farmers.
