He's chosen the leave the lions off so that they'll fit in the rear quarterlights - looking good 8)

Looking good mate, nice to see the white stickers getting out there 8)

BTW, which lion badge is that and did you have any trouble getting him to cover the holes in the tailgate where the original badge was?

The badge is from Ebay, I've repainted the car and didn't like the original badge. So i fiber glassed a small piece of metal to the inside skin of the tailgate, then skimmed and painted it. should of taken more pics i suppose :( . Really do like the sticker though! glad its white too so cheers again for that.

Ah, fair enough. I bought one ages ago but I can't get him to cover the holes to my satisfaction, so now my 2nd original style badge is looking dodgy

DaiRees wrote:Dai's hints and tips for fitting: :cheesy:
  • - Make sure the area is clean, if you're fitting to glass you won't go far wrong cleaning it with meths.
    - Cut the backing papers in a very straight line with a very sharp scissors a couple of mm below the bottom of the sticker, this makes it easier to line up.
    - Remove the thick backing paper very carefully, leaving the sticker attached to the thin backing paper.
    - Apply the sticker to the surface, and press / rub down hard.
    - Remove the thin backing paper very carefully.
    - Job Done 8)
The word of the day is CAREFUL

Take care, and post up a photo once it's done 8)
