Setting time/date on MFD

Post by VespaSkin »

Hi all

Just got a different 406 110hdi (2003 with a/c) and the MFD is doing my box in... my old one on my 2000 V reg had 2 buttons to set the date/time, this new one has no buttons, you press the wiper stalk and it changes the trip computer, anyone know how to set the time on these?

Also, it's striey, I take it it be buggered?

Cheers

Depends what model 406 it is but it sounds like it has the sat nav in which case you will need a remote control to set the time date etc, when you scroll through using the button does it say gps at any point?

Aye, if I hold the left stalk button it pops up to tell me it's buggered - lol.. take it the vertical stripes on MFD means it's about shagged? Will any of the old type MFD work - I'm not bothered about sat nav, got it on my phone, and in colour.....
