Depends which loan shark you use, but I've seen ones of about 1400% up through the 2300% you mentioned and I could swear I saw one at 3500% at one point

I've been in the service industry for 24 years and at NO point has anyone been given anything under the pretense that it's free, it can't happen, the customer is paying for it end of.
