Mash with spring onions through = champ.
Why didn't I think of poteen! D'oh!
First distillation is purely for rub, for horses injuries and that.
Second distillation is the hooch, and can be flavoured with brandy balls and that.
So I've heard
Slimming recipies - I scooped out a spud, frylite'd it, baked the skins, frylited a bit of mince, chopped tomatoes, chillis, kidney beans, put them into the scooped out spuds and had Chilli in potato skins.
Then the insides of the spuds can be kept for a second dish of mash! Though the slimming recipes with the yoghurt through aren't as nice.
poteen iwouidnt recomend anyone try it, they will loose a few days or a week of there life,
it takes that long to come round off that stuff, it certainly is one to avoid making or even trying ,
It's like very rough plumb brandy, as far as I remember. I made something very similar when I was a teenager, pretty much undrinkable but it burned with a blue flame

I was right ... Well i tried them with cheese and my 3 loved them, i prefered them without but well worth a go and you cant taste the sweetness in the spud at all... 18 kilos of potato pancakes coming up.

Ah rite, are they the ones that are no good as chips,?
ithink the cash and carry sells them at 3 quid a wheelbarrow full, not good sellers,
altho people still use them for salads, boiled potatoe with a little mint is what they do them with for salad
£5 a bag i pay from a van by our asda think it's 20kgs i've always found them good for chips, boiled/mashed and even jackets but this bag is to sweet for me and the mrs... Kids aint complained but i do have a 50 calliber rifle on the wall next to the diningroom table.

That would be a cracking idea if i had somewhere to plant them... My whole one side of the garden and a few big planters already have a spud crop 4 foot high in them.

Grow your own drop links... Heaven on earth for any 406 owner
I got a pvc greenhouse i planted spring onions, lettuce, tomatos, cucumber and god knows what else in there but with me feeling like sh*t the last few months i never got around to pot a lot of it on so much of it wasted... although i have salvaged some spring onions and a rather strong looking tomato plant... and of course the spuds outside and a load of strawberrys
And theres blackberrys to look forward to from the house next door... Blackberry whisky... Yum.
