Ay yes, heated windscreens, as fitted to busses and trucks from the 1970's onwards, wondered when car makers would pick up on it. I've got an idea that the idea came from Volvo.

Hope it's nothing serious, ankles seem to like picking up sprains for the slightest excuse.
Well had to go the hospital, to drop off my sleep study machine, as i'm being tested to see if all this weight loss has led to me no longer suffering sleep apnoea, and the misses wanted to go M+S to finish the xmas shopping off ( started yesterday and finished today :cheesy: ) which we had to pass on the way back. So was on my feet for around 2 hours, and my ankle felt a little better, so must improve with movement and blood flow, and be worse for doing nothing.
Managed to go the gym, and just took it easy and did a fast walk on the treadmill, and it was ok. Can feel a little discomfort at mo, but nothing major, but then again, i'm sat back down doing nothing

Plod, how do you do it? I mean I see your posts on Facebook with you getting up at stupid o'clock in the morning running off to the gym, whereas I struggle to get up for work - followed by a full fry-up! (Not that bad - it's oats porridge for me)

I joined the gym many times before but always gave up after a few months.

Haha

I guess it's part results driven, and part that I actually enjoy it
Plus the fact you get to perv over loads of lasses in tight lycra

I'm more of a morning person, so quite often i'm awake at 5 ish anyway, so as the gym opens at 0630, it's easy to get up there and get the job done before going to work

Let's be honest, I was a bit of a blob, and i'm enjoying being more active, oh and did I mention I get to perv over loads of lasses in tight lycra
One of the classes I go to, there is this tasty asian lass, and i'm sure she does the splits, and loads of bending over deliberatley
well, if she's making the effort, then it would be rude of me not to notice now wouldn't it

I guess a lot of it comes down to the type of gym it is.
I joined a gym many years ago, but it was full of meatheads, and it was really off putting. Whereas, the gym I attend, is full of a wide spectrum of people - old people, mid age, yes a few meatheads, but not too many, oh, and it has loads of tasty lasses in tight lycra ( did I mention that before? mmm, not sure    )

I don't see why she'd mind you taking a quick snap of her tidy snatchette as she does the splits or bends over. I mean, why would she?
