I'm really starting to fecking hate those three words almost as much as the "coolant temp to high" message when my temp reads just over 90 degrees.

i can't tow with this f*cking thing time to look for a new car.
I would have thought it was a sensor fault as when I was towing down to Cornwall last year on the slow steep inclines my oil temp went right up and the temp was well over the 90/100 mark and no MFD messages. :?

It would be just my luck that the one i put in was a duffer, think i need to look into these other two and maybe put them on order because i'll be needing it to tow a few times in August plus i found out today i have another two trips to Doncaster both also in August... 900 miles of fun.

Yup, it can be annoying but it does seem to be the normal order of business around here

Shall we further hijack Lozz's thread to talk about thread hijacking?

Back on topic of mondingos.

Anyone know of away to free off the rear callipers.
I've free-d them off once after a run the brake pads where almost on fire.
They're a p.I.t.a. who ever invented them wants shooting.
Idont fancy buying new ones motor factors are saying there jag parts. :frown:

Sorted the callipers.
Took them both off, clamped them in the vice and worked the lever with a pair of stilsons
Plenty of spray grease.
The rear wheel bearings where easy to change 15 mins a side.
Hopefully it will pass a m.o.t now and I can get rid.
