Sonia, as you have a bit of skill, I found it easier to remove the inside boot pull-handle, take off the tailgate cover and release the bulbs and holders from inside the tailgate, you may cut your hands a bit so be careful. This way the holders won't break and can easily be pushed back in. If you prise it from outside the clear bit may break, or you could slip and scratch Miss Pugs paint - she will NOT be happy

The front fog, well undo the three small torx screws under the bumper on the drivers side ( not the bigger one ) and pull down the plastic cover. You can reach up and wiggle wires or change bulb if necessary.

Spark plugs - definitely one at a time... 8)

Don't forget to check air in spare tyre when you do the other 4.

Enjoy the holiday, a mate from work goes there every year on a Sun holiday and loves it.

Oh no, not those bloody grey plug things again  I bloody hate them!
I think I shall try from the outside and if I absolutely have to.... I'll go from the inside...

Everyone forgets the spare tyre

Thanks for the heads up about fog light.. I had replaced that whole unit last year - so maybe it's a bulb...?

This is now annoying me lol.

I've taken the boot trim off, disconnected the affected light and as Mr Haynes so nicely puts it "release the number plate light unit from the inside of the tailgate"

Which is rubbish because the bastard thing won't come play. There are two lugs either side- presumed it would be push in together to release unit but its not playing!
No visible bolts to remove light unit...

Help me! Lol

Get it over with, break either the mounting lugs and/or the lenses, then buy two new ones.

BTW, before you have the brilliant idea of fitting some LED bulbs so you never have to do it again, both of mine failed in around 12 months, the replacement filament lamps were still working 3 years later.....

I done it :)

I must admit I didn't break the mounting clip or the lenses!

Jammy bitch or what?

Bulb had definitely blown and replaced.
It was a tight fit and it didn't want to come out.
Swore at it - about to give up and then it decided to play ball.

To be honest, I can see exactly how people break the fittings - it just didn't want to come out to play!

No LED's thanks... Just a simple bulb...
That said.... Now you have put that thought in my head....

Well done, Sonia. 8)

Maybe it can only be done in hot weather......

Tell you what, I'm looking forward to Sonia's 'Number plate lamp changing masterclass', at our next outing. :P
