central locking
Had issues with my central locking so took a trip to local breakers and got a driverside mechanism now works on fob to lock but will not unlock help needed please

My guess is you have a second faulty lock, (but it could be a wiring loom problem, as previously suggested, giving an intermittent connection).
Here's the diagram, (for a later full mux car, but they're probably all the same),

Consider:
- The same two wires are used to lock and unlock
- The same relays / fuse in the BSI do the switching for all doors
I would connect the lock motor direct to a 12V supply, try both polarities, see if it locks and unlocks
