Glassfibre over a hot-dip galvanized chassis, the only bit that rusts is the rear trailing arms (700 quid a piece). Tagora engine, CX 5-speed gearbox, the rest is Talbot parts bin fare, e.g. front torsion bar suspension from an Alpine, Horizon steering rack.

CX gearboxes here? Probably, Tagora engines? Not a hope. Although, if you look about, people have stuck all sorts of lumps in them, usually PSA - there's one with an MI16 on gluetoob (looks oh so familiar :( )

That is amazing but why? why buy a standard transit and then pamper it like that? maybe some sort of wealthy eccentric type.
