It's a tricky one for sure!
The last fuel pressure regulator fault I had the engine would tickover but not rev.
I was just throwing another possibility into the equation.
Difficult one to fix when the fault is intermittent .....as always
You need a complete failure to find the fault or a bit of luck.
If the fault occurs with aircon working can you introduce the fault by working the aircon and study what happens?....Maybe there is an electrical fault.
