I think this one's from the late 60's, early 70's, I found a decoder for serial numbers but it's worn off, just like everything else on it, although I did notice on the fuel cap it saws "Mix thoroughly, a 1/4 pint of oil to every gallon of gas"

I had it here to investigate why the starter recoil was making a god awful squawking noise. Oh:

Not been cleaned out in a while I guess. I wanted to investigate because if anything wears out or breaks I've got damn all chance of getting spares for it. All cleaned, spring washed in petrol and oiled and all put back together with real grease. I was pleased I managed to start it on me tod earlier because it took both of us to get it going yesterday. Well, I had to try the pull start, didn't I?
