snapped wiring near fan on 206 Hdi
Found this while looking through the grille today, can't see where it is meant to go but I'm guessing it has something to do with the fan. It is 2 black wires in a black sleeve.

I'm guessing either bonnet catch alarm, or front fogs...or as OP says, fan relay.
If you peel back the sheath you should see some numbers on the wires - this will tell you what they are meant to connect to.
