HI to you all,,,thought id join after many yrs & miles in various 406's,,,,,it all started in 1998 with a white petrol 1.8 saloon,,,that got slolen in estapona spain,,,,then came a few other estates,,,one of which was a Ex harlow cab,,,it had 250k on it,,,i then put another 200k on it,,,that gave me MASSIVE respect for the 406,,,,it never missed a beat untill it sucked some water up the air intake ,,,,it still ran but lumpy on tickover & low revs,,,above 2k it sounded fine,,,some chav in a subaro wrote it off on a blind bend,,,anyway im now into another silver estate,,,2.2 executive 2003,,,,nice car but very lagy below 2500 rpm,,,,im looking for a power upgrade thats safe,,,,this 406 is a 150k virgin,,,original paint,,wheels,,,nice black leather,,,i want to lower it,,poss 40mm,,,run some better wheels,? what fits.? i like the challengers,,or khans,, 17" i think works,,,,but power is the main thing,,im not looking for a race car,,,justvan upgrade thats safe for the engine,,,,any one help please,,,,
